Custom 1890s-style Men's Bicycle

Handmade men's 1890s-style bicycle built to fit you and your requirements.  Frame, fork, and handlebars are custom cut and bent from different alloys of steel tubing, and constructed using fillet brazing.  Gearing options include fixed-gear, coaster brake, and internally geared hubs.  All bikes have wooden clincher or tubular rims that fit modern tires, either Amish-made one-piece steam-bent or Italian laminated construction.  Bikes can be patterned after roadsters, semi-racers, or racing bikes from the era, and can include such special period features as plunger-brake, wooden fenders, coasting pegs, mounting pegs, adjustable stems, and oiling ports.  Bikes can be made with different gauges of tubing to accomodate any weight rider as well as desired ride and feel.  Complete bicycle weight can range from 31 pounds down to under 20 pounds.  Production time is typically 3-4 months.  Price will vary depending on features and spec - listed price is the minimum price.  Please inquire about any custom work or requirements.
